Men punching random women in NYC: A desperate last gasp of the male

Men punching random women in NYC: A desperate last gasp of the male rage
fueling MAGA
Random NYC attacks are an extreme manifestation of men feeling entitled
to women's time and attention

(Salon) Men are punching random women on the streets of New York City.
As
usual with these kinds of diffuse and chaotic stories, there's much that
is unknown, including how often this is happening, how many people are
involved, or whether it's at all coordinated. But what we do know is
already alarming. CNN reports that dozens of women have discussed being
victims on social media, and formally interviewed six of them. NBC News
reports there have been at least 3 arrests. CBS News reports that NYPD
released images last week of a fourth man wanted for allegedly punching
a
woman in Union Square. Even reality TV star Bethany Frankel says she's
been victimized.
Women report being assaulted by men of different races and ages. Still,
across the different stories, a couple of similarities pop out: The
alleged victims are mostly young and pretty, and most of them say they
were minding their own business when they were attacked. Some were on
their phones or reading on tablets. Others were speaking to friends or
daydreaming. Whatever they were doing, they were just living their
lives,
and that, it seems, is what enraged their assailants.
....(snip)....
These stories resonate, as well, because the nation is having a moment
of
increasingly unhinged male fury at women for daring to have lives that
are centered around something other than catering to a man's every whim.
Unleashed by Donald Trump and the MAGA movement, there's an upswell of
loud male entitlement shouting at us from every corner.
....(snip)....
But there's one big difference between the male tantrum we're
experiencing now and the backlashes of old: This time, women aren't
really playing along. A few, maybe, especially if they can get a piece
of
that sweet "tradwife" income. But, in the past, backlashes tended to
draw
large numbers of women along, or at least convince them to silence their
opinions, lest they be labeled a "man-hater." In the more conservative
parts of the country in the early 2000s, it manifested as widespread
shaming of women for having sex before marriage, from abstinence-only
"education" to purity rings. But it wasn't great in more liberal areas,
where women put up with hipster sexism to get the prize of being called
a
"cool girl." .....................(more)

Rightists don't need this or Jan 6 2021 to prove they're savagly violent
animals. Did you know that most of them are against abortions for the
women they rape and impregnate! Especially the politicians and fascist
media goons. The ones in the so-called Bible Belt are the worst.

Jason Forest mugshot

(Faribault, MN) – An Owatonna man is facing criminal sex charges, accused of years of rape, molestation, and abuse of a boy with whom authorities say he had a significant relationship.

Jason Lamar Forest, 37, was charged Thursday in Steele County Court with first-degree criminal sexual conduct for the alleged abuse.

According to the complaint, a teen boy reported to Owatonna Police that he’d suffered years of emotional, physical, and sexual assaults at the hands of Forest. The teen reported that Forest began assaulting him when they lived in Amboy, where Forest would call him into the basement and force him to remove his clothing or physically assault him. The boy told police Forest would touch his private areas under his clothing, yell at him, and threaten to kill him. The boy said the acts had happened “thousands of times” over the course of four years.

According to the complaint, Forest’s behavior escalated in the two years after they’d moved to Owatonna. The boy told investigators Forest had raped him on multiple occasions and forced him to perform oral sex. Forest also allegedly videotaped himself orally molesting the teen on two recent occasions, according to the complaint.

Court documents say Forest locked the boy in his bedroom approximately 10 times and threatened to kill him if he told anyone of the molestations.

Forest denied the accusations in a police interview last week.

WINDOM — Joseph Haron, 56, of Mountain Lake, is charged in Cottonwood County Fifth District Court with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, penetration of a victim mentally or physically impaired, following a July 7 incident.

A Windom Police Officer was requested at an area hospital following a report of sexual assault. Upon arrival, the officer met with the victim, who detailed the account. Earlier that morning, the victim was at a friend’s house watching a movie. They identified Haron, saying he was also present at that time. The victim stated they were given a ride home later that day, and that Haron went inside with them. When the victim went into their the bedroom, Haron reportedly pulled down his pants.

The victim reportedly told Haron to pull up his pants but, instead, he pushed them down on a bed and sexually assaulted them. The victim told the officer they didn’t want to have sex with him but he didn’t stop. Once done, he reportedly told the victim not to tell anyone about what had happened. The victim stated being very upset and crying during the incident. They also said Haron did not wear a condom.

Two days after the alleged incident took place, on July 9, an investigator with the Windom Police Department met with Haron. At the time, the investigator reported smelling alcohol coming from Haron. Haron stated nothing happened at the victim’s home. He said he didn’t take his clothes off and stated that a friend called him outside and he left.

The investigator reportedly told Haron that a rape kit of the victim was completed at the hospital. When asked if he thought they would find any of his DNA there, Haron reportedly said, “If they find it, I’m guilty.”

Haron is scheduled to appear July 24 in Cottonwood County Fifth District Court.

Dontay Reese

A Minnesota man arrested after a woman told deputies he held her captive appeared in court Monday.

Dontay Reese, 36, is charged with six counts, including kidnapping and sexual assault. It happened earlier this month. According to the criminal complaint, the victim met Reese the night before, and said he would give her a ride home in the morning. That's when Reese took the woman hostage in his car and told her that he was going to take her to Atlanta to "pimp her out or sell her." The complaint says the victim tried escaping multiple times.

Deputies say they received word that a Reese hit the woman and put her into a vehicle and drove off on I-94. Later on, the Wisconsin State Patrol found the vehicle empty along the interstate. Shortly after, searchers found the two in a wooded area.

The woman said Reese tied her up, raped her multiple times, used cocaine and made the victim use cocaine too.

Reese remains in the Jackson County Jail on a $325,000 cash bond.

Joseph Javon Washington is seen in an August mugshot. (Courtesy of the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office)

Before a St. Paul police officer shot and wounded a man, the 31-year-old livestreamed himself sexually assaulting a former girlfriend and threatening to kill her, according to criminal charges.

Police searched for Joseph Javonte Washington, of Apple Valley, on Saturday after he forced the woman to drive to St. Paul and caused the vehicle to crash, said the criminal complaint filed Tuesday in Dakota County District Court.

Officers discovered Washington hiding in a dumpster in an alley in the area of Rice Street and Magnolia Avenue on that night. Police tried to talk him into coming out and used Pepperball, which is similar to pepper spray.

When Washington climbed out and ran toward officers, they “deployed Tasers and a K9 in an effort to stop him, and one officer shot the man, who was struck at least twice,” police said in a statement early Sunday.

Police Chief Todd Axtell said Tuesday, as he released body-camera footage, that the man was naked and unarmed at the time. A law enforcement source says Axtell terminated the officer.

CHARGES: ATTACK BEGAN IN LAKEVILLE
The Dakota County Attorney’s Office charged Washington, who remained hospitalized Wednesday, with five felonies.

A woman reported to Lakeville police on Saturday that her daughter called her from an ambulance on the way to the hospital and told her mother that Washington attacked her, according to the criminal complaint. They had dated on-and-off for two years.

Officers talked to the woman at the hospital and she reported she returned to her Lakeville residence on Saturday night and found Washington inside. They started talking and Washington began using her phone without her permission, according to the complaint.

When she asked for her phone back, Washington punched her in the face and she fell to the ground, hitting her head on a television stand, the complaint said. He punched her again and dragged her by her hair to the bathroom, where he demanded she perform a sex act on him.

The woman tried to leave the bathroom, but he slammed the door, according to the complaint, and pulled a knife and threatened to stab and kill her. She recognized the knife as being one from her own kitchen set.

Washington forcibly removed her diabetic pump and forced her to perform a sex act on him, while repeatedly punching her and telling her “she was going to die tonight,” the complaint said.

During the sexual assault, he used the woman’s cellphone to livestream video on her Facebook and Snapchat accounts, according to the complaint. She received multiple text messages from friends, telling her about the broadcast.

Police received copies of the videos, during which Washington can be heard threatening to kill the woman and she can be heard crying, according to the complaint. She had a visible injury to her eye in the video.

FACES 5 FELONY COUNTS
Washington eventually pulled the woman out of the bathroom by her hair, took two knives from the kitchen and dragged her into the garage, according to the complaint. He demanded the woman get in her car and start driving, telling her to speed and not stop for red lights. He threatened to stab her if she crashed and punched her every time she tried to slow down, the complaint said.

Washington had a knife at her throat at times while she drove and eventually grabbed the steering wheel, the complaint said, causing a crash at Maryland Avenue and Rice Street in St. Paul.

He ran and the woman was initially unable to get out of the car because her door was stuck, but when she could get out she flagged down a motorist for help.

Police searched the woman’s apartment and found knives on the floor and evidence of an altercation in the living room. There were blood droplets in the living room, near the bathroom and in the bathroom.

Washington is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct causing fear of great bodily harm, first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a dangerous weapon, first-degree criminal sexual conduct causing personal injury, kidnapping and second-degree assault.

An attorney for Washington wasn’t listed in the court record.

Minnesota court records show that Washington pleaded guilty to violating an order for protection and interfering with a 911 call in separate cases in 2017, burglary in 2009 and 2017 cases, possessing a gun by an ineligible person due to a conviction for a crime of violence in 2010 and fleeing a peace officer in 2009.

In the 2017 burglary, Washington was accused of breaking into the residence of his estranged wife, who had filed for divorce and had an order for protection against him.

She grabbed her two small children, saying she was fearful of what Washington would do to her, and climbed out a window, according to the criminal complaint. With her younger child on her hip, Washington “forcefully grabbed/held” her as she tried to escape, the complaint said.

Curtez Deshawn Graham (DOC)

A 28-year-old inmate at the Oak Park Heights prison has been charged in connection with an assault of three correctional officers that happened in March.

Curtez Deshawn Graham is charged with one count of aiding and abetting third-degree assault, one count of third-degree assault, and one count of aiding and abetting fourth-degree assault, according to court records.

RELATED: DOC: 3 Correctional staff injured during attack at Oak Park Heights prison Tuesday evening

According to a criminal complaint, Graham and another inmate named in court documents were in Complex 3 of the prison on March 7 at around 5:30 p.m. when the other inmate spit on a correctional sergeant after they told the inmate to go back to his assigned area.

The inmate then punched the correctional sergeant in the head, causing them to fall backward into an ice machine. Graham punched the correctional sergeant again, which sent them to the ground, the complaint states.

Officials say Graham punched another correctional officer who responded to help, knocking them unconscious. Graham and the inmate with him then punched a third correctional officer who responded, causing them to fall to the ground.

The complaint adds that additional correctional officers eventually used a chemical irritant to restrain Graham and the other inmate.

The correctional sergeant suffered several bone fractures on their nose in addition to concussion symptoms consistent with a traumatic brain injury, according to the complaint. The second officer who responded received multiple bone fractures to their nose while the third officer displayed facial redness from being punched.

Graham was previously sentenced to one year and one day in prison for fourth-degree assault of a correctional employee in 2016. Court documents say Graham threw a milk carton filled with urine at a correctional officer because he didn’t like the tray that his food was brought on.

At the time of the March assault, Graham was serving time for a burglary, kidnapping, and sexual assault of a 65-year-old woman and her husband in 2013. He was sentenced to 25œ years in prison for that crime.

Deandray Easley (left to right), Vershone Hodges and Devontre Vann are each charged with first-degree criminal sexual assault, aggravated robbery and kidnapping. (Star Tribune/The Minnesota Star Tribune)

Four people were charged Thursday in the armed robbery and rape of two women near Raspberry Island in downtown St. Paul earlier this week.

Vershone J. Hodges, 20, Devontre J. Vann, 19, Deandray A. Easley, 18, and Choncey Stewart, 16, are each charged with first-degree criminal sexual assault, aggravated robbery and kidnapping. The three men are being held in lieu of $500,000 bail and prosecutors are seeking to have Stewart certified as an adult.

"Despite the victims complying with their orders and handing over their valuables, the perpetrators in this case forced the female victims into a car and repeatedly raped them," said Ramsey County Attorney John Choi. "These allegations are brutally horrific and we will prosecute these defendants to the fullest extent of the law as we attempt to achieve justice for the victims, their families and our community."

Hodges, Easley and Stewart are gang members, according to the criminal complaint.

The two women and two male friends were hanging out near Raspberry Island when they were approached by the four defendants about 11:15 p.m. Monday. Somebody in the group believed he knew one of the men and had a short conversation. Stewart cursed at the person and pulled out a silver handgun, demanding he empty his pockets, the complaint said.

Easley ripped one woman's purse off her shoulder, took her car keys and forced the entire group to lie facedown on the pavement. They ransacked the car and took all their cellphones, the complaint said.

One of the men forced several in the group to strip down to their underwear and put a gun in the mouth of one. The victims were then asked if they wanted to die and if it was worth dying over a robbery, the complaint said.

Stewart took the women, both 18, to the car and raped them, the complaint said. Easley asked the victims if the sex was consensual, the complaint said.

The assailants then returned the two young men to the car and threw the car keys into the bushes. Their attackers told the victims that if they left the car to look for the keys or go for help, they would be shot, according to the complaint.

On Tuesday, Hodges and Vann were arrested after a robbery at a SuperAmerica on Robert Street in West St. Paul. When Stewart was arrested, he had one of the women's cellphone in his possession, the complaint said.

Vann, Hodges and Stewart told police the sex was consensual. Easley denied being at the island, the complaint said. The women identified all four defendants from a photo lineup.
